Services

Family Queen Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services in Broward County, Florida. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and some insurance direct billing.

Liability

Family Queen Towing is licensed and insured. We take reasonable care in handling all vehicles but are not responsible for pre-existing damage. We document all vehicles with photos before and after service.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation after dispatch may result in a trip charge.
